The 6 week healing program

This is the program designed to help you clear the blocks, the fears and the self sabotage that comes with you taking the steps to manifest your dreams into reality - during 6 weeks of deep subconscious reprogramming, shamanic energy healing work + somatic release and mentoring I am helping you to go from where you are now to where you envision yourself being.

This is where you can expect to clear the thoughts of self doubt, the unworthiness, the “not enoughness”, the fears of the future or simply the stuckness of manifesting and not feeling like you are moving forward as you would like. This is the place where you can trust that your soul is guiding you towards bigger Visions for your life and that it is SAFE to go for them.

This is the place for you to map out a clear direction, a strategy to take action on your dreams, while also getting support with the healing necessary to make sure you do so without the selfsabotage and blocks getting in your way.

WHAT YOU ARE IN FOR:

Together for 6 weeks, you and I will go into deep quantum reprogramming (changing your subconscious) and energy healings while you receive practical mentoring and mindset work to help you create the inner change (+ outer change) for the life transformation you seek.

We will work on HOW you manifest, HOW you show up everyday, the thoughts you have about yourself, your actions as well as the deep energetic work of ancestral clearing, karmic clearing and childhood work. We don’t get what we want, we get who we ARE - and this is the core of our work.

This 6 week intensive journey is designed to help you heal several blocks you are experiencing rather than focusing on just one thing (Mindset + Energy + Action in alignment with Soul) - this is how we create fast change. This is the place for you to create Magic, and have my support by your side every week as you unlock the depth of your powerful existence.

  • These are the types of healings we may explore depending on your specific desires.

    All sessions are around 90 minutes

    • Quantum reprogramming to heal your Inner child and program your MINDSET (similar to hypnosis with a twist of EMDR): shifting negative subconscious beliefs (Unworthiness, self doubt, fears, worries etc.) into a NEW powerful reality.

    • Shamanic energy healings: Cord removals, Soul retrieval to call back pieces of yourself. Ancestral / collective clearings.

    • (Optional: Holotropic Breathwork to both release stuck emotions, traumas and other lower energies keeping you stuck while also activating deeper connection to Intuition, self love, confidence / clarity and deeper spiritual alignment. These sessions are somatic focused and work deep on the physical body.

    • Intuitive coaching and practical step by step methods to help you create your goals!

    This always includes my support with action steps, seeing your blind spots, bouncing ideas of how to move forward & aligning WHO you are with what you desire to manifest.

    You also receive meditations, activations and other recorded materials to help you along the way!

  • We will have a start up call within our first session - so this usually is a bit longer as we will discuss everything you are wanting support with, how we will do this and what you are currently struggling with and then we go straight into the first coaching/healing piece.

    We will then set up our weekly sessions together and our plan that we design.

    I will work intuitively with your specific intentions (the results you want!) and guide you through a combination of Shamanic energy healings and/or Subconscious reprogramming methods such as EMDR/Inner child work, Holotropic breathwork and Intuitive guidance + coaching to get you where you want to be!

    Every session is unique and designed for you and the results you are wanting and after each session you will receive practices and tools to use in-between our weekly sessions - this is to help you integrate everything into your day-to-day life.

  • The sessions occur online via ZOOM.

Investment Options

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BOOK DIRECTLY VIA THE WEBSITE?

If you choose to book this program directly, you can either choose to pay in full or in 2 monthly installments and then be able to book your first 1-4 sessions the coming month (as the calendar only shows availability 30 days ahead). After you have chosen your first time slot/s you will then be directed to the payment portal, once payment is made you will receive a booking confirmation email from Calendly with the zoom link to our first session. I will contact you via the WhatsApp or email you provided upon booking within 48h to prepare you for the session.

Payment plan:

If you have chosen to pay in 2 monthly installments, you will pay the first payment upon booking, you will later receive a new payment link from me as we begin the program to set up your second payment that will be made after a month.

Sessions/calendar:

All sessions are held via ZOOM. We begin the session with discussing what you want to focus on, I will explain the process for you and we finish the session with a healing and/or coaching piece. If you have only booked your first session in the calendar upon payment, I will share with you a new calendly link to book all your coming sessions included in this package, or we will together in the call decide the time for each session the coming weeks.
